[ITP] nasm 2.13.01

Hi, I've prepared updated package for NASM, the Netwide Assembler for 
x86 CPUs, hosted on nasm.us. I tried to contact current maintainer, but 
no response.

Package for x86-64 is ready for inspection at 
http://feix.cz/pub/x86-64/nasm/.

I'm volunteering to overtake this package and maintanace, thus 
requesting a GTG.
