Same reply as for net-scmp :) It was a real nightmare using scons to build the new serf release. They've abandoned autotools, which also means libtool. Unfortunately, scon's support for Cygwin is ancient, so it builds DLLs as lib${module}.dll and does not build an import library. I did manage to patch scons to build an import library, but it still has problems like installing the DLL in /usr/lib. I sincerely hope that nobody will ever use scons.
