I have also updated cygwin64-binutils, cygwin64-gcc, and cygwin64-libbfd for i686 to match the native 64bit versions.

NOTE FOR qt4:
There appears to be a bug in the JavaScriptCore JIT assembly code wrt the medium code model, causing QtScript and QtWebKit to crash when processing JavaScript (the latter still works for static HTML). As the rest of Qt appears to be working, and this does not affect their ABI, I'm uploading this now anyway to allow us to continue moving forward in the meantime.
