I just added the editrights package to the cygwin-apps repository and created a cygport-based 64 bit package from there. A few minor tweaks were necessary to get it built using the mingw-w64-based w32api, and the Makefile needed a change to allow easier building and installing with cygport. The upside is that this now also generates a debuginfo package automatically. Chuck, editrights was the last dependency missing for csih. Would you mind to build a new package? I was going to just copy it over from the 32 bit release area, but then it occured to me that it isn't just a script, but contains binaries as well...
