rxvt
These packages all include 'cygutils' in their requires: list. In most
cases, this is because they use mkshortcut to manipulate the Start Menu
or Desktop. However, if any of them require cygutils because they use
the dos2unix programs, then those setup.hints should be updated to rely
on the new, standalone "dos2unix" package.
