Hopefully, I did all the magic right in moving directories around. In the release area, I moved the directory to the _obsolete tree, then added the empty tar files and tweaked setup.hint. Then, since the release-2 area never even provided perl 5.8, I flat out deleted perl-Module-Build from the release-2 area.
