A long long time ago, I said I'd adopt expat. I've finally got around to finalizing packages:

This is a re-release of the same upstream version as we currently have in the distribution, but with the packaging re-done to split the DLL out into a libexpat0 sub-package - necessary because the next version of expat bumps the soname.
