kuser-admin rsponse to cygwin-announce posts

Is it just me, or does every maintainer who sends mail to
cygwin-announce get a spam from Kuser-admin <AT> kde.gr.jp,
Subject: Subscribe request result (Kuser ML)
Is there a way to unsubsribe this spammer from the announce list?
