Ooops, no I haven't, it's still in my WC.
but as I began to test the new setup for release, I discovered a regression since 2.427 (I finally reproduced the "Unregistered URL scheme"), and a further crash in 2.427. And now I'm stuck with a non-functional cygwin install, and am preparing for rebuild from the basics.
But given the chaos, I'm going to be looking rather hard at it before I actually commit.
can you post your patch here? do you delay destroyed = 1 in compress_bz::~compress_bz() or something different?
No, I completely forgot about the complexities of the io_stream classes, which may explain why my changes were such a dismal failure.
