Heads up to XmHTML maintainer

XmHTML was in the 'XFree86' category, which is non-existant.  I changed 
the setup.hint on sources.redhat.com and replaced the 'XFree86' category 
with the 'X11' category.  Just wanted to let you know so the master 
setup.hint can be updated.
