CGF, Since the setup.hint files that Abe sent looked ok after a cursory glance, I'm wondering... It looks like xerces-c is the only package with an external-source directive pointing to a name with a "-"... Could there be a bug in package name parsing code in upset or Cygwin::Setup? Igor
