Bash programmable completion

I remember talking about it, but I can find nothing with searches, so 
maybe I'm wrong.
Bash programmable completion examples, such as 
<http://www.caliban.org/bash/index.shtml> are *not* part of cygwin 
files, are they?

In that case it could be interesting to have them (I could ITP for them, 
maybe).
