Currently, xalan 2.7.0 and the 2.6.x versions all break the jax-ws 2.1
WS-Addressing support as the transformation loses namespace definitions that
are required to resolve some qnames. 2.7.1 fixes that and I've created a
JIRA to ask for it to be uploaded:
