JettyHttpDestination can not be created if enpoint address is null

This issue popped up as part of JAX-WS TCK testing.
When creating JAX-WS endpoints with no specific address specified a failure
occurs due to JettyHttpDestination
assuming address can never be null.
The right approach is to allocate a random port at the level of
AbstractHttpDestination.
In fact, it would be easy to extend such solution to handle enterprise policies
like :
"any port withing a given range can be used by endpoints".
