2. The back-end has a LLVM binding of sorts, ... Should this binding be split out into a separate library?
There is already a published Haskell binding for LLVM on Hackage. Does your new binding cover the same territory? Or different aspects? Could it be converted to use the existing binding? Or could your features be merged with theirs?
