Ian

I've started naming tests consistently T3261, so it's obvious which Trac ticket 
they apply to.  I've added a comment to tcfail204 to point to Trac #3261, but 
it's even better having it in the file name.

Maybe you can do the same?  Of course for tests that don't correspond to a 
ticket we can use any name.
