x86 Windows head: fail (failed darcs)
is there a way to avoid those non-build-related failures, or
at least to reduce their impact on buildbots?
i keep glancing at the daily reports because i'd like to know
when the windows head builds again, so that i can update
my local repo. but the interesting aspects of buildbot reports
are mostly hidden behind such darcs failures. this cannot
be any good for avoiding windows trouble while people
keep applying patches, either.
if the issue is permanent, perhaps there is a fix? if the
issue is transient, perhaps the buildbot ought to retry
earlier than next day if there is a failure? if the issue is
network-related, perhaps the buildbot ought to darcs
at some other time of day, or retry darcs before
entering the build proper? any chance of improving
the current situation?
