I would hope TLS 1.3 works fine, but ECH support seems a bit away for libressl still: https://github.com/libressl/portable/issues/546
I tried to add a Network.framework SSL backend to curl here: https://github.com/conradev/curl.
Looks like a good start. Do you want help with that in that repository or would you rather make a PR into the curl repo for attention or what do you think? No pressure - I just think maybe a coordinated effort could take it somewhere. Assuming people want it.
