A lot has changed since the last version, at least compared to the
previous average cs-win32libs release. There may be some rough edges I
missed. Please let me know if you experience trouble.

Take notice at the 2nd to last bullet point.
Note that the inclusion of WX increases the size of the installer
significantly - it's about twice as large now. I was thinking of
splitting WX out into it's own package, but put it into the main one for
various reasons. However, if the increased package size proves too
inconvenient I'm still open for the "split" option. If you have an
opinion on the matter I'd like to hear it.

Xordan has spent some work on allowing building the libs for x64. While
I can't give any timeframe for when an x64 package could be available
you can at least build your own from sources now.

If you make MSI-based installers: there are merge modules with the libs
available now.

This version is not required for CS trunk or 1.4; they'll both continue
to work with the win32libs version 1.3_004. Of course, the speex plugin
won't build. Also, the WX flags have been geared towards the version in
the package, if you use a custom built one you probably have to manually
adjust them to your needs.
