Huh ? If you want to take this out of the individual changelogs,
there are another three to do. It only affects multilib, so I
didn't think it was appropriate for the common changelog.

Ken, looks like to got dropped in the LFS.org sync, I'll get it back in,
the changes are still in the book, just the changelog is off from the
sync log.
