Hi, Montréal-Python, our local user group, would love to take the opportunity that we will have many expect graphics hackers in town to organize a meeting on the theme of graphics with Python on Monday May 9th, just before the conference.
Our meetings usually attract between 50 and 70 persons and it's a great opportunity to share deep technical details about you favorite graphic project with a crowd of passionated pythonistas. Our plan is to have a short meeting between 6h30PM and 8PM either at a local university or at a local bar and to have between 4 and 6 lightning talks then to have either 3 presentations of 20 mins or one longer one of 60 mins. After the presentation, we'll enjoy a few free beer at Benelux, our favorite brew pub, thanks to our sponsors and to the fact that this brew pub really loves us.
