Are there any provisions in the law to counter the ability of
a prosecutor/'Grand Jury' to harass a citizen with repeated summons?
Or to adjust the date of the summons for important other hard-real-time
events
(wedding, career-related conference, etc.)?
Seems like a pretty tyrannical exercise of power just to hear someone
exercise the 5th amendment.
