Really? Where does it say this in principle or practice within the
concepts of 'democracy'? In particular where is this in the DoI (w/
reference to principle) or in the C? What happened to 'equal protection
for all', you claim it should be 'equal protection for all, except those

Soldiers need so special exemption to fight in a war, it is a clear act of
self defence. No 'permission' is EVER needed for real self-defence, the
act justifies itself. The only(!) time a soldier needs exemption is when
they're NOT doing 'soldier stuff', and in our democracy that should be
NEVER.
An IRS agent can examine your return for the simple reason you are
required by law to turn one in, probable cause. Again, as long as the IRS
agent isn't trying to 'design society' there is no reason to give them
ANY exemption.

And we have that in the Constitution and 'equal protection for all'.
