My machine:

FreeBSD freebsd2.higonnet.net 9.1-RELEASE FreeBSD 9.1-RELEASE #0
r243825: Tue Dec 4 09:23:10 UTC 2012
[email protected]:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC amd64

I have installed the port versions, ostensibly correctly, but when I try
to run courier-imap-imapd, he says

/usr/local/etc/courier-imap/imapd does not exist, forgot make
install-configure?

I don't know how to run install-configure when installing with a port.

So I tried compiling the whole thing (authlib, imap etc.) and fail with
courier-authlib-base because

configure: error: Unable to find ltdl.h. Please install Libtool's ltdl
library

But libltdl is indeed installed (from the port).

I tried installing from packages but they can't be found (I suppose they
don't exist yet for FreeBSD 9.1 amd64...?).

Any help appreciated.
