Hello Jakob,
I've not heard of such a list, but I could well imagine
a "market" for it given that IMAP interoperability
isn't such a well tilled field. Maybe even gmail/hotmail
types might show up.
As side note, Dovecot's list is quite
active, as a place to get a second opinion I mean ;)
