Sam, this is going to be a FAQ in this ML for a while IMHO. We've already had two people come into the IRC channel with this exact same issue Mon and Tue. I don't know if it's worthy of a FAQ entry in the source code because by the time the next release occurs, most will have come across it and solved it. However, it could become a useful addition to the Courier FAQ on the website.
