Hi,I was trying to tune courier-imap UMASK setting, and set it to 066, in hope to have resulting permissions 600. However, it did not help, and files created by imapd are still 644, which is the default UMASK, 022. I restarted the server after the changes, of course. The setup is courier- imap with qmail and vpopmail, courier-imap version is 4.0.6. What might be the problem?
Did you restart couriertcpd, after making these changes?
