I support publication of this draft.
I also have couple of comments:
* In Section 1: "which was derived from Version 3.1 of SPHINCS+"
-> I don't think this information is needed.
* In Section 3.
"The SLH-DSA Signature Scheme is parameterized to support different security
levels."
-> I think this sentence provides little value. It should be either
removed, or it should be clearly mentioned that parametrization used in the
draft is only for NIST security level 1.
