how to use touch to change change time?

Hi,

I don't see how to change change time by touch. Is it possible with
touch? Thanks.

       --time=WORD
              change the specified time: WORD is access, atime, or use: equiv-
              alent to -a WORD is modify or mtime: equivalent to -m
