Why I see junk characters while doing rm in Linux EL7

Dear Team,

 

   Why I get junk characters while I do rm in linux el7? Please provide steps 
to solve this..

 

[root@cusvluatdb01 tmp]# mkdir testdir

[root@cusvluatdb01 tmp]# touch testfile

[root@cusvluatdb01 tmp]# ls -l testdir testfile

-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 0 Nov 13 14:33 testfile

 

testdir:

total 0

[root@serverdb01 tmp]# rm testfile

rm: remove regular empty file قtestfileق? y

[root@cusvluatdb01 tmp]# rm testdir

rm: cannot remove قtestdirق: Is a directory

[root@serverdb01 tmp]#
