Depends on what you mean as "final version". If you mean
the public 3 ISOs, probably it won't be there for space
reasons: all the packages in main doesn't fit in the 3 ISOs
images, so Warly have to sacrifice some package: OpenDX, as well as
some others (in RC1 were also OpenOffice-help* files) won't be included.
If you mean the PowerPack boxed version, then it will be there since
PowerPack will have more CDs.

OpenDX is listed in the 9.1RC2 changelog but is missing from the list of packages.
