In 9.1 RC2 the next button is visible, but the design isn't perfect, because on
the right side ca. a half centimeter of the button is cut, but this is really a
trivial problem.

During the user adding process of the installation there is the problem, that
after adding one or more user(s), you can't succeed to the next installation
step with the 'next' button, because the button isn't visible in the german version.
