I volenteer Tom Brinkman, just researching the newbie list under his name, and 
"cooker update rsynch dial-up" brings up about all the info you would want 
for inclusion. but I am sure he could do a great job of creating this how-to 
from scratch, off the top of his head. just ask, he is here I bet.
