Man, I've been using cooker for a couple years straight now, the only issues I 
have are konqueror not magnifying pdf's, radeon 7500's don't seem to be 
friendly with X ever, and I hate supermount.

I can't say Mandrake should hold back on the release because I don't know what 
they are capable of accomplishing in the next few days. What I do think is 
that Mandrake should say what many other linux developers say, "We will 
release a final when it's of final quality, we are hoping to release on [day] 
of [month], but if we don't; don't be a big baby, it just means we are making 
sure you get the best product we can deliver!"

I do think that release candidates were labled as such too soon, release 
candidates are what you have when the buglist has been abolished, and the new 
bugs are coming at a trickle. I mean, did anyone really think RC[x] was ready 
for release in the event that no new bugs were reported? No.
