The file /usr/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/convertpstopdf.desktop from the kdeutils package is broken. It should read:
[Desktop Entry]
ServiceTypes=application/postscript
Actions=convertpstopdf
TryExec=pdf2ps
[Desktop Action convertpstopdf]
^^^^^^^
Name=Convert PS file to PDF
Exec=ps2pdf %f %f.pdf
^^^
(changes underlined with ^^^s)
The TryExec line probably isn't right either, but leaving as it is it works
for me.
