When user accounts are to defined in Swedish (selected swedish installation),
the Next button is not within the form. This means that the dialog can never be
terminated. The text seems to too large on the other buttons.
I had to restart installation, this time in English in order to get around.
The first time i did an update, no accounts at were defined. Next time I did a
total install.
