I've explained the behaviour wanted by GTK authors.. (decimal separator key on
keypad should print separator for current locale)
Unfortunately, on french keyboard, instead of having a ',' (which is the decimal
separator), a '.' is printed on the key so users expect to see a '.' when
pressing decimal key on keypad..
I'll patch GTK to no use locale based decimal separator when using french locale..
