I thought we were in a version freeze except in the case of bug-fixes. Yet today we have new versions of vte, links, and bluefish. Are there special circumstances which apply to the above named pkgs?
I know the %changelog say "new release" but is not going from
bluefish-0.8-2mdk to bluefish-0.9-1mdk considered a version change?
I am not objecting to these upgrades being included just trying to
discern why it is allowable for them but not for others such as
xfce-3.8.18
