Added the shred icon to the toolbar to shred important banking documents.
Selecting the file and then shred appears to shred the file selected correctly
and then clears all the icons from the konqueror window until the window is
closed and re-opened. 845G graphics with 64Mb shred ram on P4 2.53GHz 845G
chipset. 256Mb ram 20Gb hard drive with 30Gb NT drive
