only some numbers poll isdn ?? don't know exactly what you mean. ;)
the only difference i could think off:
- fit the provider the needs for isdn at all (syncppp)(is there one who does 
not? Dont think so)
- additional technical features (compression possible with isdn => switching 
it on, channelbundling possible ?)

I would vote for this as todo for 9.2 too.
- programm indepent collection so that it can be used with different programms
- collect all possible ISPs

In germany it is a bit different. You would not be able to collect all ISPs, 
the data would be too much. But it would be nice to have some call-by-call 
provider in it, there often no special  username/pass is needed. So going 
online would be really easy for the first time. :)
