My flssh card reader (for my camera) is seen as :
Host: scsi0 Channel: 00 Id: 00 Lun: 00
  Vendor: OEI-USB Model: CompactFlash Rev: 3.08
  Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 02

Mounted as :
/dev/sda1 /mnt/nikon vfat user,codepage=850,noauto,umask=0,exec 0 0

A friend come at home with his own flask disk
I mount it with the icon in /dev/sda1, I use and umount it. OK.
Then I put my CF in the slot, impossible to mount. Not the same model.
it is seen in /dev/sdb1.
Solution : # rmmod usb-storage &&  modprobe usb-storage

It could be great to allow a user to reset the usb-storage in case of error.
