This was discussed on the KDE list, it seems kdinit is launching two
instances when clicked. The workaround is to drag a marque (box) sround the
icon and then click, pow, single instance and no error message.

I have this problem, but hadn't worried about as things still opened. I've
tried the workaround and it doesn't. Workaround, that is. :^)
