What happens in this scenario: 
user1 and user2 are non-root users. 
 
user1 logs in locally. 
 
Then user2 logs in locally (user1 is still logged in). 
 
Who owns the audio device files now ? 
Whoever does not own it cannot access it anymore.

"ls -l /dev/sound" shows: 
total 0 
crw-------    1 ndeb     audio     14,   4 Jan  1  1970 audio 
crw-------    1 ndeb     audio     14,   3 Jan  1  1970 dsp 
crw-------    1 ndeb     audio     14,   5 Jan  1  1970 dspW

Why are these files/dirs owned by a non-root user. Should not the ownership belong to 
the root. 
Also, if its owned by the root, the permissions should be changed to crw-rw-rw- .
