The new aspell (0.50.x) includes its own pspell library. These old pspell
0.12.x pckages are therefore obsolete, and should be removed:
libpspell4-0.12.2
libpspell4-devel-0.12.2
pspell-0.12.2
There are still some packages with dependencies to the old pspell packages,
even though they use the new aspell. These dependencies should be fixed.
The packages include libgtkspell0-devel (see bug 1712) and the current spec
files (and source RPMs) for aspell-cy, aspell-fr, aspell-nl and aspell-uk,
all requiring the obsolete pspell-devel.
