FYI: I'm behind a "transparent"[1] proxy as *all* (approx. a million) ADSL users in Spain, and there's no way out.
I suppose many other ISPs around the globe use such "transparent" proxies, so this module could make life difficult for them.

[1] transparent in quoted because it implies it isn't noticeable, while, unfortunately, we *do* notice it (slower loading of pages, pages that do not work, pages not up to date, etc. etc. etc.).
