During installation, when prompted for the bootloader, there is no apparent
option to skip this step and to not install lilo or grub.

The "back" button seems to act as "cancel", but this is not coherent.

suggestion : in the combo box, simply add "don't install a bootloader", and then
tell the user to create a boot disk.
