After rebooting, the missing items appeared. I've tried several time but

Rebuilt kdeaddons-3.1-3mdk.src.rpm. Archive web page, HTML
settings, Translate web page, Validate web page, and Change browser
ID have all disappeared from menu bar and tool bars. Note that this
was rebuilt for 9.0 rather than 9.1beta, but there were no problems
with 3.1-1mdk and 3.1-2mdk, so I'm reasonably confident this also
affects 9.1.
