Laurent,
I can see that you entered the dependency on libart_lgpl2-devel.
There seems to have been a misunderstanding, however, since this is needed to
compile kdevelop. It should be a BuildRequire in the kdevelop.spec file. I don't
know if it is needed to build any project.
