This is a dead end street... As the contribs is unsupported, and my patch for "etcskel" was not accepted, I might as well do as I please and have both courier-imap and bincimap require my new "Maildir" package... I guess Vincent Danens qmail stuff could all require this simple package too, to avoid misunderstanding for those not so experienced "postmasters". I also broke out Mr. Sams "maildirmake" command into its own package (maildirmake++), so you don't have to install courier-imap to be able to make for example Maildir++ for all the users in /etc/passwd or whatever.
