the empty name should be fixed with -3mdk
when an error occurs, an ignored medium is added -> this is urpmi's policy; if
you really think this is a bug, open a bug for urpmi.addmedia

- Start the rpm source manager.
- click on "add..."
- select "removable media"
- enter a name for the medium
- put "/home" in the path (or any directory with no rpm)
- click on OK
--> an error occur, but a medium with an empty name is added to the list of sources.
expected behaviour :
Since an error occur, no medium should be added to the list.
